WARNING: Pro Teeth Guard products are not a substitute for professional dental care. Consult with your dentist before use if you have any concerns about your oral health or if you have persistent jaw pain, clicking of your jaw, or difficulty chewing. Do NOT use this product or take your own teeth impressions if you have any of the following conditions:
- Loose teeth or dental work that may become dislodged or damaged
- Gaps larger than 1 mm between teeth, undesirable undercuts, protrusions in your mouth, bone growths (tori) or any condition that could lead to the impression tray becoming stuck in your mouth
If an impression tray becomes stuck, do not attempt to forcefully remove the tray; instead, seek assistance from your dentist. By using this product, you acknowledge and accept the risk that failure to follow instructions or improper use may cause harm or damage to your teeth, gums, or dental work.
Do not use Pro Teeth Guard products (night guards) as a sports mouthguard or retainer. The product is not to be used by children or anyone undergoing teeth alignment. If dental work or changes to teeth occur, discontinue use of your existing night guard and consult your dentist to determine if a new night guard is required. If you have been diagnosed with temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), do use this product; instead, consult your dentist for treatment.
If the product disrupts your breathing or causes gagging, discontinue use immediately. If pain or discomfort occurs after using the product, or if you notice any changes to your bite or occlusion, discontinue use immediately and consult your dentist.
Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 70° C or to an open flame. Do not clean the product in your dishwasher or washing machine, as this could lead to the deforming and weakening of the material. Follow instructions accompanying the product regarding cleaning and storage. Regularly inspect the night guard for damage and immediately discontinue use if the night guard is damaged.
